Voyager: 97% of customers voted in favor of its bankruptcy reorganization plan

Crypto lender Voyager said that Voyager customers' votes on the company's bankruptcy reorganization have closed and been finalized, and of those who participated, 97% of customers (98% of total claims) voted in favor, according to the official tweet. More information will be released after Thursday's hearing. As previously reported, the Federal Trade Commission objected to Voyager Digital's third bankruptcy reorganization plan, saying it would illegally prevent the company from being held liable for "actual fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence." Bankruptcy Judge Michael Wiles granted conditional approval of Voyager's reorganization plan on Jan. 13 and set a hearing in Manhattan to confirm the plan on March 2. Voyager Digital, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on July 6 last year, filed its first reorganization plan in August, its second in October and its third in December.
