British police have returned $25 million worth of cryptocurrency stolen from the BNB Chain to victims around the world

Police in the UK are in the process of returning stolen cryptocurrencies to fraud victims affected by the Binance Smart Link (BSC) attack. Fraudsters who stole their victims' money from the Binance Smart Chain blockchain network lost an average of nearly $230,000 each. One of the DeFI protocols was affected and many users are now waiting for their funds to be returned. Police in Manchester were able to recover $25m and return it to the true owner of the money after scammers were unable to properly store and secure the stolen virtual currency. The investigation is continuing, with the goal of identifying as many investors as possible and returning their money. It may be some time off, but law enforcement agencies in the UK are already working to return users' money.
